Get fantastic social value for your money. Helping every sort of charity & not-for-profit  - all over the country

Every day, our property advice team helps people working in charities and social enterprises who are at the end of their tether with worry or desperate to get advice before they make a mistake.

We help animal charities, cancer charities, organisations helping children, the elderly, homeless and vulnerable young people, community groups, faith groups…
Between December 2013 and May 2014 we saved four charities from bankruptcy, which together were providing support to 23,000 vulnerable adults and children each year.
Property is the 2nd biggest item in a charity budget but 40% of charities surveyed* consider it the no.1 threat to survival
The advice we give is speedy, high quality and free at the point of access.
