Unbelievably, it is ten years since the Ethical Property Foundation first came into being. Brainchild of Ethical Property Company founder Jamie Hartzell, the Foundation was born in response to the number of charities experiencing problems with property. To date we have supported over 2000 charities both in direct assistance and in our training - developing a national property advice service thanks to our committed Register of property professionals. We’d love to hear your stories and memories. Please email Elena in the office who is starting a collection.
Changing the world lease by lease is business as usual for the Ethical Property Foundation. While our work has centred on our property advice and consultancy support, our passionate commitment that no one should have to leave their values at their workplace door remains fierce. Which brings us to the fairplace award - our unique ethical workplace standard currently being piloted which assesses support of people, community and the environment. This is now on course for a September launch. More news to follow but in the meantime just a thought: is your property management up to the challenge?
