Summer has arrived, schools have broken up, and though post Brexit all property certainties are off the table, every day at the Foundation phones keep ringing with not for profits requiring property advice: help with leases, refurbishments, buying, moving, renting, leasing and co-locating.  Our successful collaboration with the Charity Commission as their sole referral partner for land and property advice is now in its 2nd year and this has directly contributed to a 300% increase in website visitors in 12 months+ to 66,000, 83% of whom are new visitors.

In London last month, we celebrated the 10th Anniversary of our London Property Advice with 40+ guest and supporters including long term funder City Bridge Trust, while elsewhere we continue  our UK programme of Local Property Events - training workshops & drop in advice clinics – in partnership with Garfield Weston Foundation. So far this year across Sheffield, Middlesbrough and Newcastle we have trained 62 organisations supporting 119,010 people. Watch out for new dates in Hull, Cardiff and Birmingham.

Finally our latest client feedback covering 12 months to May 2016 reveals that we supported 213 organisations; saved 3 charities from closure and indirectly supported at least 2.4million people through our advice. There has surely never been a bigger need for our work.
