Ethical Property Foundation appoints new Chair

Leading property industry analyst Peter Damesick has been appointed as Chair,  taking over from John Whitaker, who completes  9 years’ distinguished service.  Peter Damesick  worked for 26 years with CBRE, the world’s largest property adviser - as Head of UK Research, Chief Economist and Chairman of EMEA Research. Recently retired, he works as an independent consultant and has been an EPF  board member since 2015.

Says Damesick: “I welcome the opportunity to serve as the new  Chair of the Ethical Property Foundation and feel very  fortunate to have the support of our excellent group of trustees.  I look forward to working with our exceptional Chief Executive and her talented and dedicated team in developing EPF’s unique role in advising, informing and educating charities and non-profits in property matters.

Other appointments: Patricia Nicholson takes over as Treasurer -  formerly financial controller at Ladbroke Group Property Division. Jean-Marie Ferdègue  Director of PA Consulting will have board  responsibility for digital communications.
