Third sector offered reduced-price energy audits

Third sector organisations looking to become greener are being offered reduced-price energy audits by the Sustainable Engineering Collective (SEC).

The new service is called a Sustainability Audit and focuses on building use. The Audit examines energy and water use to determine where the greatest reductions to its environmental impact may be made.

Reducing energy consumption cuts overheads for owner-occupiers and tenants alike. It is also a clear statement of a commitment to a green future.

SEC is a young company of building industry professionals. “We are committed to making buildings, old and new, more sustainable,” said founding director Christopher Eaton. “Our extensive experience in the design and construction of low energy buildings and renewable energy systems puts us in the perfect position to do this.”
