85% of charity clients rate our property advisers 5/5, according to the Foundation’s latest client survey. Half of all of survey participants told us that they had saved money, raised funds or generated new income as a direct result of our advice. A number of charities have generated in excess of £50,000. With our support, charities have cut their rent, service charge and business rates bills, increased property values, and planned robustly for the future.
